三、Structure：

1, The hydraulic lifting devices :( see hydraulic diagram)

A one-way hydraulic oil cylinder principle, bring the whole tank oil washing system rise and fall by gravity drop.

2, transmission:

Main reducer fastened to the transmission housing, and the drive sprocket is rotated, the driven sprocket driven by a chain, so that it rotate as speed 132r / min, so that the spindle drive centrifugal brush for cleaning the tank wall along the open movement.

3, barrel holder device:

Compose by the positioning bracket and tighten the components.

4, console parts:

Use for control the equipment rotating, lift.

5, cleaning agent spraying device:

Using airflow spray principle, the cleaning agent is sprayed onto the cylinder wall and the cleaning brush, a brush cleaner slowly sinking centrifugal force to achieve the cleaning agents and cleaning substances are diluted and the cylinder wall separation.

四、Operation ：

1,  No.20 oil injected into the fuel tank until reach to the oil standard full-height mark line.

2, Turn on the current, close the air switch ZK where in the electrical control box, power indicator light on, close 1ZK 2ZK where in the electrical control box, indicator of main spindle and pump both light on.

3. Check the direction of rotation:

The spindle should be turning clockwise as viewed from a top view,.

4. Press the button "up", the tank motor rotates clockwise ( view from tail part) thus drive the gear pump. Adjust relief valve to the hydraulic 2MPa ~ 2.5MPa. Hydraulic oil transport to tank through the one-way valve and high pressure tube, ram up. Press the "down" button, the solenoid valve is opened so that the column drop. By adjusting the positioning cylinder to be cleaned and tighten the bracket with the center of the spindle, so as to ensure centrifugal force uniform brush. Cleaning brush before entering the cleaning cartridge, you must first turn inward to smoothly into the barrel.

5, start and stop the spindle by panel operation instructions.

6, operation of spray cleaning agent:

Turn on the air pressure of spray gun (greater than 4kg / cm2), pulled the wrench of spray gun, open the detergent valve, liquid spray nozzle will start to spraying, the time can be set as required, spray capacity can be change  by adjust the size of spray nozzle. Release the spray gun wrench will make the ball valve close immediately, in order to prevent leakage of the cleaning agent. Cleaning agent store in a transparent container can be replenish  any time.
